WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

If there is a problem with an item with regards to size or quality we will be happy to return it for you within 48 hours of you receiving it provided its in “unused & with tags” condition. 

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT-RETURNABLE?

  • Food, Healthcare & Personal Care Products are not eligible for return.

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Customer itself bear the return shipping cost.
  • Products must receive with a return note with valid reason of return the product and duly signed by the customer.
  • If found damage products you must to present the unboxing video along with your claim; it’s advisable to all the customers to make the video while unboxing the products.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • There are no charges for return and restocking fee.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer itself bear the return shipping cost.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY CREDIT?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process your credit request.
